During my experience on STRONG, I learned that sometimes you have to ask for help. Through the help of my trainer on the show, I was able to identify who I was naturally designed to be—physically, mentally, and spiritually—and to own it and live it out.

Now as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach I am able to help coach others towards healthy lifestyle changes.
